Right now, it is uber smoky from some fire somewhere in the state. This is how I prefer our skies to look. There were a couple of nice days last week that just had me in cloud-heaven. We don't get a lot of days with bright blue skies and wispy clouds, so I always have to take a few shots when we do. Here's one from the chicken enclosure at the sanctuary.

This article shows a picture depicting Georgia President Saakashvili being shoved to the ground by bodyguards as a plane flew overhead. Science must have proven that a bomb falling out of a plane will miraculously blow up your bodyguards, leaving you - the president - unaffected.

I propose a good old fashioned time-out for both Russia and Georgia. Sit in their prospective classroom corners, mull it over, and then make up like little children are capable of doing on playgrounds across the world (possibly the universe).
