Okay, I was talking to my boss. She suggested that the groups who need the absolute MOST help are the local groups in the area. I think a couple of key groups would be the Louisiana SPCA & Houston SPCA

Any other ideas or linkages would be appreciated - I just want to try and funnel money directly where it is desperately needed. *sigh* This is all so depressing.
